Punderful is developed by 4:30 Limited. You can request deletion of your account and the data associated with it at any time, using the steps below.
How to request deletion
Email [email protected] with the subject line “Delete my account and data”.
Because Punderful accounts are anonymous by default, please help us locate yours by including one of the following:
- If you signed in with Google or Apple: the email address you used to sign in.
- If you only played anonymously: any group join codes you’ve used, plus the approximate date you started playing — and please email from the device where the app is installed if you can.
What gets deleted
- Your anonymous account identifier (and any linked Google/Apple sign-in).
- Puns you have submitted.
- Votes you have cast.
- Your score and rank history.
- Your membership of any private groups.
- Your push-notification token and stored time zone.
- Your subscription linkage held by our payment processor (RevenueCat).
Timeframe
We will action your request and confirm by email within 30 days.
What may be retained
We may keep anonymised, aggregated data that can no longer be linked to you (for example, overall game statistics). Where a subscription was purchased, the App Store / Google Play retain their own transaction records under their policies and applicable law; those are outside our control. We will not retain any data that personally identifies you beyond what the law requires.
Cancelling a subscription
Deleting your account does not automatically cancel an active subscription. Manage or cancel subscriptions directly in your Apple App Store or Google Play account settings before requesting deletion.
